- Exciting news, our mid-week express dining is back Wednesday night, Thursday, and Friday lunch. 2 courses for $85.00pp (not available on Public Holidays).
Sault Restaurant and the Sault Estate property will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period from Monday December 22nd 2025 through until Saturday January 3rd 2026. There is strictly no access to the property during this time.

Please note that for some bookings there may be a time restriction of a 2 hour limit on the table.
Please note: Bookings of 7 or more guests are required to dine on the set 7-course tasting menu (as per our T&C’s).
Dining on public holidays will incur a $20.00 per-head surcharge. We have a flat rate surcharge rather than a standard 15%, which we believe is inequitable to those wishing to purchase additional food, beverages, wine, etc. This surcharge applies to all guests including children (excluding infants under 12 months old).
All credit card (Visa/Mastercard) payments incur a 1.5% fee, which will be automatically added to your bill. If you wish to pay cash or use EFTPOS Savings/Cheque, please advise us when paying and this charge will be removed. (AMEX payments 2.5%).
