We are excited to be featured in The Herald Sun this Sunday, big thank you for the love!
Bursts of colour and flavour from the spring menu..so many wonderful fresh veggies and herbs to enjoy! Its almost like the garden dressed up for Melbourne’s return putting its brightest and most beautiful outfit on…

A little ray of sunshine on a Wintry day, with love Jodi, Damien, Max and Lilly.
Great news! These beautiful fields will return this Summer bigger than before and closer to the restaurant as well as a poppy and wildflower field, planted by Max and Lilly with the help of our head gardener Adrian Deakin.

Lovely to have our friend Connie @connieandluna drop by to celebrate some of the plant based options on our Winter menu here at Sault.
Lots of yummy goodies coming straight from the Winter garden and also a celebration of pickled pods and veggies from our Summer garden.
Misty mornings and vivid pink sunsets make Winter a great time to tuck in and dine.
