It’s such a joy to create moments of beauty for our guests with flowers! Along with our vibrant kitchen garden (edible flowers are frequently added to our bespoke cocktails).

Autumn has arrived

Autumn has arrived at Sault with a burst of gold and some very exciting and tasty new dishes inspired by our seasonal kitchen garden.

Connie Cao shared her beautiful day at Sault to celebrate this stunning time of year with a tour of the kitchen garden with our head chef Liam Scott, catching a glimpse of the beautiful veggies and herbs that are being used on our Autumn menu. Followed by a wander through the poplars by our lake that are beginning to turn gold (beautiful bespoke posie from our local farm Loganberry farm)
